Creliq ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Video Tools mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Video Tools does not require an account. If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide.
The app may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, and anonymous or pseudonymous usage analytics.
Video Tools includes Video Compressor, Video Cut & Trim, Video Converter, Video Merger, and Video to Audio.
The app accesses media you select or permit it to access. Your videos, audio, and other media are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Exported files are saved to your device.
Depending on your Android version and features used, Video Tools may request permission to access selected media, save exported files, and display notifications for background processing. Permissions are used only for relevant app functionality.
We may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage, diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve the app.
Video Tools may offer free and premium features. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not directly receive or store your payment card or banking information.
These providers process information according to their respective policies.
We do not retain copies of media you process. Analytics, crash reports, purchase information, and diagnostics may be retained by applicable third-party providers according to their retention policies.
Video Tools is not specifically directed towards children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with our services, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can choose which files to process, manage app permissions, clear locally stored app data, uninstall the app, and manage purchases or subscriptions through Google Play.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
